Copier Maintenance
This is a sources sought, Request for Information (RFI) only. This is not a solicitation for quotations and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought or any follow-up information requests. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified small businesses and their size classification. Please do not request a copy of a solicitation, as one does not exist.
The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK) is seeking professional, qualified, and experienced sources to provide copier maintenance and services for twelve (12) Government owned Canon copiers at the Pentagon, Washington DC. All equipment is in good operating condition. Services include the overall task objectives as follows:
Period of Performace (PoP): Base Year and four (4) one-year options with PoP beginning on 01 October 2014.
Base Year - 10/01/2014 - 09/30/2015
Option I - 10/01/15 - 09/30/2016
Option II - 10/01/2016 - 09/30/2017
Option III - 10/01/2017 - 09/30/2018
Option IV - 10/01/2018 - 09/30/2019
Maintenance service is to include, but not limited to repairs and annual services. The contractor shall bear all costs of maintenance including labor, parts, travel and such expenses as are necessary to keep equipment in good operating condition. The contractor shall respond to each maintenance service call within eight (8) consecutive hours after notification and copier returned to service within twenty-four hours. The contractor shall ensure at least one (1) of the two (2) mission critical copiers will be available for customer use at all tines, and each mission critical copier shall be available 95% of the time per month. The contractor shall provide a written Maintenance Report/Field Service Record of services rendered and parts used per visit. The contractor shall provide a monthly Service History Report for all copiers on the contract. The contractor shall provide a Point of Contact (POC) and telephone number to receive maintenance or informational calls placed by the Government. The contractor shall present current proof of Canon Certification for those technicians servicing mission critical copiers identified.
All personnel employed by the Contractor must be United States Citizens and have a favorable National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background check. No top secret or secret clearance is required.

The Government is requesting that interested concerns with backgrounds in the above Copier Maintenance professional support services furnish the following information:
(1) Company name, address, point of contact, voice, fax telephone number and e-mail address.
(2) Type of business, (i.e., small business) under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212, Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance which contains a size standard of $25,500,000.00.
