The City is nearing the end of a five year lease agreement with Konica Minolta currently for
four copier/printer/scanner units (Biz200, C351, C450, and 1610P). The City has generally
been happy with the features these units have provided over the last five years, but does not intend to
extend the current lease. The City is interested in reviewing proposals for lease agreements
on new equipment.
