University is requesting qualifications from transportation consultants to develop near- and long-term transportation service coordination and integration plans, and related plan implementation strategies that will result in improved mobility for all of the citizens of the region. To inform the plans and implementation strategies, we will identify and convene the broad range of transportation service providers to identify opportunities and barriers to coordinated, integrated and/or complementary services for a broad spectrum of users. The underlying assumption is that future public assistance for transportation services will remain the same or decrease.
