Network Contracting Office 10 will be soliciting offers for cooling tower and chilled water loop treatment/maintenance for the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. Contractor shall provide all necessary parts, materials, test equipment, chemicals, labor and supervision to conduct preventive maintenance, sanitization and Legionella Sampling. Request for Quote (36C25018Q0701) will be issued on or around June 20, 2018. Anticipated award date is August 1, 2018 for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within three calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the offer period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB, VOSB and Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325998. The size standard is 500 employees.
