Cool Air Compressor Replacement

The prime contractor, therefore, shall be responsible for any HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades work required. The contractor shall hire, coordinate, pay, and obtain waivers of lien from all subtrades and suppliers and shall be responsible for the coordination of his work and these other trades for a timely completion of the project. Old units shall not be taken out of service until replacement units are on site.
