Attached is the third amendment. It includes further instructions to offerors on submission of past performance in provision FAR 52.212-1. Also added is evaluation criteria in provision FAR 52.212-2. CLIN 0002 quantity was corrected and changed from 15 job to 18 job. Lastly, the solicitation close date has been changed to 21 November, 04:30 pm MST.
