Convert Equity Assessment Indicators (EAI) into a web-based survey
This work involves the following tasks: Review the documents on the Equity Assessment
Indicator (EAI), including the data template, data matrixes, and rubrics developed by the Mid-
Atlantic Equity Center for the EAI. Develop a web-based survey that incorporates the
information contained in these documents; convert excel sheets into user based forms that are
based on the data categories provided by the data templates and data matrixes; create user
based forms from the rubrics; program survey to calculate data on each indictor and generate
reports. This scope of work includes the following:
· Review MAEC documents, including the data template, data matrixes, and rubrics;
· Convert excel data sheets and rubrics into a web-based program;
· Create user input forms based on the data template, data matrixes, and rubrics that
clients can use to input data.
· Program survey to calculate data for each indicator and generate reports based on this
data.
