Conversion of Files
The Board is implementing the DocuWare imaging solution software. This solution will be replacing the current Alchemy document imaging system. CDB is seeking contractual services for converting the images and indexes in alchemy to the DocuWare application. The current version of Alchemy is 8.2. There are 46 databases in the Alchemy application, which will be converted to 3 Docuware file cabinets. The Alchemy database has approximately 400GB of information.
