NCGNP is seeking proposals from a convention planner experienced in the area of non-profit healthcare continuing education conference planning to provide complete planning services for our annual convention in 2006. The convention is usually held the 3rd or 4th week in September and the location alternates between the east coast, west coast and central U.S.A. The contract has been signed for September 28 October 2, 2005 for a hotel in Cleveland, Ohio.
The proposed multi-year contractual agreement will require work to begin immediately to ensure a smooth transition from current convention planner.
