Convention Center Facilities Development Study
RFP-2010-003-TC The City of San Antonio Convention, Sports & Entertainment Facilities Department is seeking
proposals from qualified Respondents interested in providing a facilities development study for the Henry B. Gonzalez
Convention Center. Study will include recommendations regarding enhancements to current facilities; identification of
potential new revenue sources and services not currently incorporated into the facilitys business model; direction of growth and improvements which may be required in order to maximize the facilitys potential to host conventions that are
more affluent, larger and/or host multiple large conventions simultaneously. The RFP can be obtained at the Citys
website at http://www.SanAntonio.gov/RFP. A Pre-proposal Conference will held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention
Center, Administrative Offices, Conference Room 1 located at 200 East Market Street at the intersection of Market and
Alamo Streets at 9:00 a.m., Local Time, on Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is
optional. Responses to the RFQ are due no later than 3:00 p.m., Local Time, on Monday, November 23, 2009, in the
