The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Contractors proficient in the electronic data collection of prescription information for Schedule II, III, and IV controlled substances from dispensers, database management and secure web services to facilitate automated communication for authorized users of the Controlled Substances Prescription Monitoring Program (hereinafter referred to as "CSPMP") to assist the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy (hereinafter referred to as "ASBP"), in establishing and maintaining CSPMP.
