Control of Invasive Species
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items and services necessary to control invasive species (Faunal and Floral) in accordance with this Performance-based Work Statement (PWS), Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Army Regulation 200-1, U.S. Army Garrison Japan (USAG-J) Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP), Invasive Alien Species Act (Japanese Law No 78, June 2004), and other commercial and local standards.
Site visit and pre-proposal conference set for 23 July 2014 at 10 am. Location is Camp Zama. Please notify the POCs prior to the 23rd. Please see the attachements for the PWS and base pass information.
