Control Room Electrical & Communications
The intent of this procurement is to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to furnish and install Electrical and Communications (Phone & Data) Circuits in the Control Room, to include reinforcement of one wall and mounting of TV monitors on the 2nd Floor of the Cargo Inspection Building at the Blue Water Bridge Inspection Facility, 2321 Pine Grove Avenue, Port Huron, Michigan.
The period of performance for onsite work will commence upon the Contracting Officer's issuance of the written Notice to Proceed (NTP) and shall be completed within sixty(60) calendar days. The estimated range for this project is between $15,000.00 and $30,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238510, (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) with a size standard of $15.0 million. This is a negotiated, bestvalue procurement. Proposals will be evaluated on past performance and price.
A preproposal conference will be conducted before the proposal due date (actual information will be contained in the solicitation).Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps for amendments and/or additional information. Proposals will be due to the U.S. General Services Administration, Aquisition Management Division, Northern Construction Contracting Team, 520 S. Eighth Street, Springfield, IL 62703.
