Contractor Security Clearance Services
The purpose of this RFP is to secure an independent contractor to provide security and background checking services for Public Schools service providers and contractors. Public Schools has standardized contracts for services and support. Within these contracts, the terms and conditions provide for a compliance in laws section. In this compliance of laws section, the following language prescribes the Contractor's duties: " The Contractor will comply with all laws, regulations, municipal codes and ordinances and other workplace requirements and standards applicable to the provision of services/work performed including, without limitation, federal and state laws governing wages and overtime, civil rights/employment discrimination, equal employment, safety and health, verifiable security background checks, employees citizenship, withholdings, pensions, reports, record keeping, and campaign contributions and political finance.
