Contractor Operated Parts Store at Sierra Army Depot (SIAD)
The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for personnel and materials necessary to operate a Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS) on Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) in Herlong, CA. This effort shall be performed for the direct operations of the SIAD Motor Pool. The intent of this requirement is to
provide for the rapid delivery of necessary parts to keep the SIAD fleet of equipment operating with minimal down time.
Contractor selected for award must have a facility or distribution center within a 150 mile radius of SIAD to meet requirements of Fast Moving Parts.
This requirement is solicited utilizing full and open competition and will result in a three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ). Contract award will be based on Lowest Price Reasonable.
Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
