Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS)
The Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS) will be used as a one stop shop for CE personnel to obtain hardware to meet their needs. The contractor shall acquire, issue, deliver, and store a variety of material, equipment, parts, tools, and supplies for construction, facility maintenance, and repair for use by civil engineer personnel and approved Self-Help customers.
