Contractor Logistics Support for Infrared Exhaust Suppressor System (IES) on the MH-47 Aircraft

The Government has a requirement for various elements of contractor logistics support on the Infrared Exhaust Supressor (IES) system on the MH-47G special operations aircraft. Support includes depot repairs, on-call field service support, travel, technical manual updates, training, configuration management, reliability improvement program support, program management parts replenishment, sustaining engineering and data submittals. The ordering period for this contract is anticipated to be 5 years with a Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract line item numbers. The Government does not own the specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. Firms that recognize and can support the CLS requirements identified above are requested to identify themselves to the contracting office which can provide additional information regarding this requirement. Inspection and acceptance will be both at origin and (DCMA) and destination (Technology Applications Program Office/TAPO) depending upon CLIN. As previously stated, a 5 year ordering period is anticipated from date of contract award. Deliveries/support could be made to several CONUS locations, including but not limited to Ft. Campbell, KY; Ft. Eustis, VA; and Lexington, KY; depending on CLIN. Pursuant to FAR6.302-1, intended source is Rolls Royce Corporation, 2001 S. Tibbs Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46206-0420. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
