Contract for the Conversion of the Law Enforcement

The Scope of Work shall include, but may not be limited to 1.) demolition of a space with walls constructed from concrete block and poured concrete that contains a suspended ceiling composed of ceiling tiles and is equipped with VCT flooring; 2.) construction of a classroom environment equipped with raised stadium-style seating on five (5) levels with each seat having individual access to 110-volt power and voice and data outlets; 3.) preparations for the installation of specific state-of-the-art equipment (to be provided by the Police Department) to be followed by immediate use of the space.
