The State of North Carolina's Department of Insurance (the "Department") is issuing a new
solicitation for previously issued RFP#12-001024 dated August 1, 2005. Vendors approved
under the previously issued RFP remain approved through June 30, 2008. The new solicitation
covers the time period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2011. THEREFORE, ALL INTERESTED
VENDORS, INCLUDING VENDORS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED UNDER OLD RFP#12-
001024 SHOULD RESPOND TO THIS RFP.
