Contract for Advertising Services
Explore Minnesota Tourism is requesting proposals from advertising agencies for the Explore Minnesota Tourism Advertising Services contract for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, with renewal options for 4 additional years. The estimated contract amount is $3.5-$4.5 million annually.
The successful bidder will assist in the planning and implementation of advertising and promotional campaigns, offering the best combination of strategy, creativity, effectiveness and return on investment.
Advertising services include: Preparing seasonal, annual and multi-year advertising plans, creating and producing advertising, negotiating and placing various media advertising, and conducting research and evaluation of marketing communications.
