Contract Programmers
Scope: The Office of the Secretary of State is seeking candidates for Two (2) Cobol Programmer positions and One (1) Java Programmer position.
Cobol Programmers (2 positions)
Vendors are to submit proposals and resumes for two (2) contractual Cobol programmers to perform work with Secretary of State staff. The contractual programmers are to supplement permanent staff and perform assignments in computer system development and/or existing system modifications. There are no
incumbents currently in these positions
The Cobol Programmer positions will re-develop the BAIID monitoring application. Requirements include
knowledge and experience in COBOL, DB2, CICS and HTML. Interfacing with application software residing on an IBM zOS mainframe is required. Integration with an existing Intranet site will also be a requirement.
