THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE

Indian Health Service intends to set-aside this requirement as a 100% Indian Owned  Small Business set-aside.

The Indian Health Service Nashville Area Office has a requirement for the services of a Contract Pharmacist to provide  provide timely, accurate, and complete pharmaceutical care which includes a future planfor a small onsite pharmacy for the Mashpee Wampanoag Health Service Unit patient's to Provide leadership in standard pharmacy practices; promote medication safety and collaboration within Mashpee Service Unit in regards to pharmacy services.

The intent of this project is to award a firm fixed priced service type contract pertaining to this requirement.


The applicable NAICS codes is 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners, the size standard is $7.5 million. The resulting contract will be evaluated using Best value in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance of this award is expected to be base plus, four (4) one-year options. Interested parties shall be required to be registered and certified in the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov.


The Solicitation is expected to be issued 30 days after the date of this Presolicitation Notice and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents will NOT be available - all documents for proposal purposes will be posted at the www.fbo.gov website for download by interested parties. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of solicitation.


This notice is for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for submission of offers. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation itself. No bidder list is maintained. All potential bidders should register with Federal Business Opportunities if interested in this forthcoming acquisition.
