Contract Management System
The University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a contract management system for a three (3) year period beginning Summer 2010 with the option to renew for two (2) one-year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
This Request for Proposal is to provide a comprehensive contract management software program that will provide:
* a central repository for all procurement and contract information;
* access to real-time workflow information of all procurement transactions;
* real time contract activity to facilitate contract administration for end users;
* timely alerts for the effective managmement of contracts;
* reporting capabilities and information necessary to facilitate management decisions;
* and a University-wide management and communication tool.
