Contract IT Services
The State of Maine, Department of Administrative and Financial Services is seeking proposals for Contract IT Services. The Office of Information Technology is opening the enrollment process to add qualified bidders to the existing Pre-qualified Vendors List through an ongoing process. This enrollment process also allows vendors already on the list to add new groups and rates.
Qualified bidders will be eligible to provide information technology services to state agencies based upon the parameters defined within the instructions. Current Pre- qualified vendors need not apply unless adding new groups and rates. A copy of the instructions may be obtained via website http://www.maine.gov/oit/, by contacting:

Sealed responses must be clearly labeled with the bidders name and address and marked Office of Information Technology - Contracted IT Services, and received by 2:00PM (local time), the first business day of every month beginning November 1, 2007, at the:

Responses received after the first business day of the month will be evaluated and considered for addition to the list in the following month. FAXED and ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
