Contract Financial Monitoring
We are soliciting qualified firms or individuals to conduct reviews and financial monitoring for these contracts. H-GAC will engage the successful bidder or bidders to conduct financial reviews of the additional contractors beginning in December, 2009. The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) solicits qualified individuals or firms to provide financial monitoring services. In September, 2009, H-GAC will contract with a number of organizations to provide social and health care services for disaster recovery efforts from Hurricane Ike using federal supplemental Social Service Block Grant funds.
