This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for comprehensive detention services as detailed in the RFP (including all attachments) for an estimated population of 1,000 detainees to be held in a high, medium, and low custodial setting. These detention services will be performed in the ICE ERO Chicago Area of Responsibility (AOR), preferably within an 80 mile radius of the ERO - Chicago Field Office at 101 W. Ida B. Wells Drive, Suite 4000, Chicago, IL 60605-1074.
