Continuum Of Care
Department requires assistance in preparing and submitting four regional applications for federal assistance through the Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Process, the Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition of Housing Act, Homeless Prevention and Rpaid Re-Housing Program, and other housing projects in support of the Department's Housing Programs.
