Continuity of Operations Plan for Dept of Homeland Security and Emergency Management
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, through maximum free and open competition, is soliciting proposals for developing a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) for the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. The plan will be developed in accordance with the most current versions of the national incident management system (NIMS), the national response framework (NRF), Federal Continuity Directives 1 and 2, as well as current state, local and other regulations that may affect authorities and activations. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 1:30-2:30pm Feb. 11, 2009 at the Anchorage Armory and Readiness Center. Offers are due NLT 1:30PM local time, February 27, 2009.
