Continuing Project Management/Owner's Representative Services

It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage one or more qualified firms to perform as Owner's Representative by providing general consulting, advisory, management and owner's representative services during the design and construction of projects designated by Osceola County on an as needed basis. During the Preconstruction Phase, the Owner's Representative will assist in the implementation of design, scheduling and value engineering as described below. During the Construction Phase, the Owner's Representative will assist in the oversight of construction related activities as described in Section II of the solicitation document.
