Continuing Professional Services
- This RFQ has a location requirement.
The scope of work will include studies, design, and construction administration services for various hospital facilities projects with construction costs that do not exceed the limits as set forth and amended in Section 287.055, Florida Statutes for Continuing Service Agreements.We will be accepting Statements of Qualification for the following continuing services professional agreements: 1) Architectural, 2) Civil Engineering, 3) Structural Engineering, & 4) Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineering (MEP).
Interested architectural firms, mechanical/electrical
engineering firms, civil engineering firms, and structural
engineering firms are invited to notify Lee Memorial Health
System of their interest. A letter of interest should be either mailed to: Kent Ley, RA, System Director of Planning and
Design, Lee Memorial Health System at Cape Coral Hospital,
636 Del Prado Boulevard South, Cape Coral, Florida 33990 or
emailed to him at: [email protected]. Statement of
Qualifications submission data can be obtained from the
Facilities Management Department by writing or emailing Kent
Ley at the addresses above or by calling 239-772-6752. All
Qualification documents must be received in the Facilities
Management Department located at Cape Coral Hospital, 636
Del Prado Boulevard South, Cape Coral, Florida 33990 by 12:00
PM on October 4, 2010. Comments: 1. Lee Memorial Health
System reserves the right to reject any or all submittals. No
fewer than three qualified firms will be short-listed. 2. The basis
for selection will be: ability/experience of professional personnel,
willingness to meet time and budget requirements, previous
performance and references, recent healthcare design
experience, location of the firm, ability to respond to Lee
Memorial Health System in a timely manner, office automation,
demonstrated approach to project management, current and
projected workload, and certified minority business status.
