The Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB) Division of Professional Learning and Assessment administers the Continuing Education Option (CEO), a program for certificate renewal and rank change pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 161.095 which consists of a combination of university course, field-based experience, individual research, and approved professional development.
