Continuing A&E Services - CDBG
The County Board of County Commissioners announces that
professional architectural and engineering services are required to provide design services on a continuing contract basis
for the County Housing & Human Services Department CDBG Program. Services to be provided shall include
architectural and engineering services for all phases of development of design, bid documents, and construction
administration services. Projects may include but are not limited to: new construction, renovations, sewer installation and
repair, drainage improvement, paving, sidewalk, and waterline installation, roadway construction, various infrastructure,
etc. Two (2) firms will be selected and utilized on a rotating basis. In accordance with Florida Statutes, construction costs
on these continuing contracts are not to exceed $2,000,000 on any single project. Contract will be negotiated for one (1)
year with the option for renewal for up to three (3) additional extensions of one (1) year each.
