Purchase Program: COG 3.24 Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.
DLA Energy intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This is a hurricane/disaster contingency requirement for PP 3.24 for delivery of clear diesel fuel, gasoline, and turbine jet fuel. This will supplement existing contracts in support of disaster mobilization, emergency response and recovery efforts, as directed by DLA Energy on a 24-hour, 7 days a week delivery schedule. The contractor will provide mobile refueling within a 300-mile radius of all locations listed in the Schedule; and will be required to maintain readiness capability to deliver within a 24-hour notice. Contractor must possess necessary management skills to meet all required objectives. Performance will be for approximately seven (7) months. It will cover the states of AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, and TX (the hurricane prone states on the Gulf Coast and in the Lower Atlantic region only).
The NAICS code for this procurement is 324110. This acquisition will be issued under full and open competition, and has not been set-aside for small businesses.
