Content Alignment Studies of the 2013 National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) for Grade 8 Reading and Mathematics with the ACT Explore Assessments of these Subjects
The National Assessment Governing Board has a requirement to conduct content alignment studies to ascertain the extent to which the ACT Explore frameworks and assessments in reading and mathematics are aligned with the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) grade 8 frameworks and assessments in those content areas.
Offerors responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP) are to provide evidence of the ability to implement the alignment studies according to the specifications in the design document. For reading and mathematics, offerors should address all key points for implementing the content alignment studies between the grade 8 NAEP in each subject and the ACT Explore in each subject. Two (2) separate alignment studies must be conducted, analyzed and reported - one for reading and one for mathematics.

Clarification questions on the RFP are due no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on July 7, 2014. Responses to the RFP are due no later than 10:00 a.m. ET on August 4, 2014.
