This Sources Sought notice is posted to amend the prior notice.  DRAFT documentation for this requirement has been delayed.  For the HUB Contractors who responded to the prior notice, draft documents will be provided by 30 August 2019 via DoD SAFE.  These HUB Contractors will have the opportunity to submit or resubmit a Capabilities Statement on or before 27 September 2019.   HUB Contractors who previously submitted a Capabilities Statement may, but are not required to, resubmit a Capabilities Statement.  

 

Capabilities Statements may be up to five pages long, single-spaced, Font Size 12. The capabilities statement should include, but not be limited to: 1) Current and projected HUB business status in FY 20 and FY 21; 2) Production Capacity to include the  maximum number of containers your firm can produce per month, per year, and the production lead time to reach this production rate; 3) Production Flexibility to include the capability (if any) to change from production of one type of container to another or the simultaneous production of multiple types of containers, the lead time to change production from one type of container to another; and 4) Prior/current corporate experience performing efforts of similar size and scope, including contract number, organization supported, indication of whether a prime or subcontractor, contract value, a point of contact with current telephone number, a brief description of how the contract referenced relates to the requirements described herein. 

The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to proceed with a HUB competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  The Government will not pay for any responses received.  There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above.  Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract.  No telephone responses will be accepted.
