The purpose of this RFP is to solicit a vendor that can satisfy the State’s need for
development of Consumer Operated Businesses. It is the intent of the Division of Mental
Health and Addiction to contract with vendors to provide quality development and
establishment of Consumer Operated Businesses to further Transformation to Recovery
activities. Ideal vendors would be a consumer of mental health services or a group of
consumers of mental health services.
