Consumer Case Coordination Services
The State is interested in contracting with an entity experienced in working with individuals with physical or mental disabilities that can provide ongoing case coordination services, ensuring all consumer requests or needs are handled in a timely and effective manner for consumers who have applied for vocational rehabilitation services or have met eligibility requirements or after Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) development.
