The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Bio-Rad Laboratories located in Hercules, California for the Consumables and Reagents for QX200 Droplet Digital Polymerase Chain Reaction (DDPCR). Items to be delivered to Gainesville, Florida within one year of the date the Contractor receives the order.

There are no option periods.


Bio-Rad Laboratories, consumables and reagents are required in order to maintain a continuity of equipment and standardization of repair parts to an existing infrastructure, and Bio-Rad Laboratories is the proprietary manufacturer of the equipment.


In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
