Consulting services for the Joint Land Use Study.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide the City with consulting
services for a Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) for the City of Hampton. The main purpose of the JLUS is to ensure
long-term land use compatibility in proximity to Langley Air Force Base. The scope of work is dependent upon the
collection of available information as a basis for analysis of existing and future conditions in the study area. In
furtherance of this effort, the sponsor will utilize the organization suggested in the JLUS Program Guidance Manual
dated November 2006. Upon approval of this proposal, a JLUS Policy Committee, a JLUS Working Group, and
Technical Committees as required will be appointed.
