Consulting Services- Water Conservation Plan

The Goal of this solicitation is to acquire the required engineering and design services required to:
Update the current water consumption of the folio of HRM owned buildings currently on utility services (78 buildings);
Create a water consumption reduction target for the folio;
Create a complete three year water consumption reduction plan, including estimates, which integrates with the municipal recapitalization plan. The expected results are financial savings from implemented water consumption reduction projects and recapitalized infrastructure.
Recommend a program for asset wide deployment of water conservation actions.
Develop solicitation specifications, ready for integration with existing recapitalization plans, for the 78 buildings
