Consulting Services for Preparation of a Water Rights Master Plan for Medford Water Commission
The selected consultant shall develop a detailed, specific Scope of Services for the Water Rights Master Plan that will be reviewed and approved by MWC. Repeating the information contained in this RFP in the submitted proposal will not satisfy the detailed scope of services requirements, nor will it demonstrate a clear understanding of the project.
It is important to MWC to secure its existing water rights and to acquire any additional water rights necessary to provide adequate water resources for the next 50 years.
