Consulting Services for Land Use Planning Approvals
Land use planning consulting firms are invited to submit proposals to provide consulting services as detailed in Ontario Realty Corporations Request for Proposal. Services include completing and submitting zoning by-law amendment and site plan approval applications, inclusive of all required supporting studies, and managing the municipal approvals process, for a site located at the south end of the Queens Park complex, known as 880 Bay Street and 60 Grosvenor Street, in the City of Toronto.
