Consulting Services for Five-Year Consolidated Plan and First-Year Action Plan

The City Community Development Department is requesting proposals from
experienced community development consultant firms or individual consultants to assist the
City in developing a five-year consolidated plan for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 through Fiscal
Year 2014-2015 and a one-year action plan for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 necessary to receive
funding for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment
Partnership (HOME) Programs from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD).
