Consulting Services for Computer Software
The Hillsborough County Information and Technology Services Department (ITS) provides information
management services to the departments of the County Administrators organization through the
application of computing technology and related information resources. ITS wishes to engage a
consultant to provide services related to the analysis, design, development, and migration to a service management system using the Hewlett Packard (HP) Service Manager 7.n Service Desk module. The
Service Manager implementation will include Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) integration using HPs Connect-It 3.90 LDAP module.
