Consulting Services - Review, Evaluation and Development Relative to Ontario Work Employment Program and Services
PURPOSE
To undertake a comprehensive review of Ontario Works employment programs and services to:
improve employment servicing to better meet the needs of participants residing in the District;
improve employment servicing to better meet the needs of Aboriginal participants;
overall enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the Ontario Works program to better meet the
employment service needs and employment performance outcomes of all OW participants
leading to financial independence; and
set the foundation for the Division's employment program strategy for the next five years.
