Consulting Services: TJC CONTINUOUS SURVEY READINESS

a. Proposer will provide consulting services, including pre-survey
assessments and mock surveys, related to NHCCs compliance
with The Joint Commissions (TJC) Hospital Accreditation
Manual standards (excluding EOC) to assure organization survey
readiness.
b. Proposals to that effect should be as specific as possible and should
detail how the project will be conducted including deliverables
where applicable, e.g., cost for each component, number of
consultation days per year and written reports.

c. Proposals must include individual pricing for Nassau University
Medical Center, Community Health Centers and the A. Holly
Patterson Extended Care Facility.
