The State is issuing this Request for Proposal to obtain competitive responses from vendors to provide a continuous program improvement plan.
An evaluation was completed during State Fiscal Year 2008, resulting in recommendations for future changes or improvements within the system. We are seeking proposals for a continuous program improvement plan that will focus on these recommendations. It is essential that this plan be designed to bring gradual but continual improvement to Head Start through constant review.
Ultimately, this continuous program improvement plan will assist in determining the future direction of Kansas Early Head Start.
