Consulting Services
The University is seeking qualified firms for consulting services to provide comprehensive services by 1) conducting space inventory; 2) calculating the University’s federally audited facilities and administration (F&A) rates; 3) developing and preparing the University’s federal F&A rate proposal; 4) developing and preparing a Fringe Benefit proposal, while developing a negotiation strategy; 5) negotiate the F&A rate and Fringe Benefit Rate and 6) defend the F&A and Fringe Benefit rate calculation as necessary.
