Consulting Services
The entity requires expert consulting services in an ongoing investigation pertaining to a proposal by the Fund to build a merchant line to provide a direct connection between northern Maine and southern Maine. Expert consulting will consist of (1) analyzing issues raised by the filing, by intervenors, environmental organizations, and generators; and (2) presenting evidence and argument before the committee with recommendations regarding the proposed line.
