Consulting Engineer - Intersection and Roadway Capacity Enhancements (CCNA)
The City is seeking professional engineering consultant services, in accordance
with the provisions of the Consultant's Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), from qualified professional consulting engineering firms with experience in the preparation of plans, permitting and construction phase services for Intersection & Roadway Capacity Enhancements. More than one firm may be selected and utilized to provide the described services on a rotating basis, subject to the availability of each firm's resources, time, and expertise. Upon the mutual consent of both parties, this contract period may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, under the same terms and conditions.
